For the passive, there are many private places. For the active, there are places to play, sail, swim and workout. Malihouana adjusts to each guest’s personal pace. And with 25 acres of lush, landscaped gardens and one and a half miles of white sand beaches, there is room to make couples and families welcome. Everyone has their own space. The active can practice Windsurfing, Water skiing, Weather permitting, one snorkelling trip aboard our motor boat to a deserted bay Available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30 to 12 noon. Snorkelling gear is provided, Sunfish and Laser sailboats, Prindle and Hobie Catamarans. Use the three fresh-water pools and a heated outdoor Jacuzzi. There are 4 championship tennis courts with night lights, a half-court basketball, fitness and gym facilities including men’s and women’s sauna and steam room together with another outdoor heated Jacuzzi located within the Spa. Deep sea fishing and scuba diving are available at an additional charge. Meads Bay, which has a westerly aspect, is one mile long and offers excellent swimming or walking. It is the centre of the hotel’s water sports activities. Bobbing Cove is just south of the Michel Rostang at Malliouhana restaurant. Secluded and picturesque Turtle Cove is located at the front of the Terrace and is backed by a thirty-foot cliff. Shade umbrellas, lounge chairs and beach towels are provided at the beaches and pools. Two fresh water swimming pools, one for diving, are adjacent to the Main House and a heated Jacuzzi adjoins the diving pool. A second diving pool is to be found next to the children’s playground. Shade umbrellas, lounge chairs and beach towels are provided at the beaches and the pools. Set apart from the Main House in a beach front location, our conference facilities offer air-conditioned seclusion for small meetings or incentive groups. Located above Le Bistro restaurant, this facility can be divided into separate meeting areas if required. An open-air balcony overlooking Meads Bay offers an ideal setting for refreshment breaks.
